About Still Waters Food Service

CEO and executitive chef Chef Drew has two Degrees, one in business and one in communications, with and English minor. Lorraine has a background in baking and pastry. Drew went to Culinary school in San Francisco. Couple that with his business experience he has been suited with an exciting career in food service.

Drew has worked for some very fine restaurants across the country where he developed international culinary experience. Through the years he has also developed an unmatched international menu plan of well over 800 entrées, which will be implement at every site.

In 1994 he made the switch to quantitative methods where he worked as head chef at such food services as Sodexho, Garner Merchant, and Guekenhiemer. He was the Executive Chef at University of CA in Irvine.

He has worked his way to Executive Chef status where he became Director of Food Service and Exevutive Chef at C.M. Conference Center where thousands were served at every meal.

Chef Drew worked for Still Waters Food Service as Director of Food Service and Exevutive Chef for the past eight years (with complete autonomy). This is where he took over Rite Aid and turned a failing facility into a successful one.

In 2008 Chef Drew bought the corporate dining Dept from Still Waters Food Service. He took out a C corporation named Still Waters Food Service, Inc.

Chef Drews staff consists of chefs poised to go to work. Currently we operate the Rite Aid Distribution Center in Little Rock, CA. We serve about a thousand customers a day. Our client is very happy with what we have done there.

We are positioned and eager to expand our company to local and national corporate dining facilities.

Still Waters Service has one central theme that flows through all of our food programs, freshness. We are dedicated to the premise that everything we serve will be as fresh as possible. Those items that cannot be prepared fresh we will “batch cook”, meaning that we prepare small quantities several times a day to insure that our guests receive the freshest possible product.

You become an Italian chef when you select your favorite ingredients of fresh vegetables, peppers, olives, chicken breast, Italian sausage and shrimp. While our chef is sautéing, select your favorite pasta, then choose a Marinara, Alfreddo, Pesto or Meat Sauce to complete you entrée. Top with freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese.
